Sutton Foster's first solo album will come out this Tuesday February 17th, entitled Wish. Sutton Foster won a Tony for her performance in Thoroughly Modern Millie in 2002. Since then she has stared in such musicals as The Drowsy Chaperone, Young Frankenstein and s currently playing Fiona in Shrek. She is also known for her guest role on Flight of the Conchords first season where she played Bret's girlfriend Coco. The new CD is her first solo project. The CD is being released on Ghostlight Records label and is has a mix of songs, from Jazz, to Pop, to even Cabaret. I can not wait for it to come out!
