So there are some great Broadway stars who are going to make guest appearances several TV shows this season.
Patti LuPone (Evita, Gypsy, Sweeney Todd) will be guest staring on 30 Rock on March 5th. She will be playing the mother of Frank. Hopefully she will be asked back and be on more episodes.
Bernadette Peters (Gypsy, Sunday In The Park With George, Annie Get Your Gun) has be guest staring on Ugly Betty through out this season. She will be on next weeks episode (February 26th). She plays a magazine mogul who is Betty's teacher at YETI.
Idina Menzel (RENT, Wicked) will be guest staring on ABC's Private Practice. Her hubby Taye Diggs (RENT, Chicago) is one of the stars of the show. There is no word on when it will air but reports say that her character will be on more than one episode.
Raul Esparza (Company, Taboo, Speed-the-Plow) will be guest staring Law and Order: Criminal Intent. The dates have not yet been announced.
